The location is fantastic—just steps from lifts and local shops. Staff was friendly and eager to help, providing excellent maps and directions to explore the area.

Navigating the check-in process was confusing, especially with no clear instructions sent prior to arrival. It became quite frustrating, especially with heavy luggage in the rain.

Location was fantastic! Just a short stroll to the cable cars, making it easy to explore the area. My balcony was larger than expected, providing a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast included was a nice touch too.

The double room felt tight, making it a bit uncomfortable at times.

The culinary scene here is a feast! Don’t miss out on Pizzeria Caffe' Tennis for a slice of heaven, and Mauritz Keller’s local delicacies stole my heart. Plus, the breakfast spread was delightful! The rooms? Spot on and comfortable—made me feel right at home.

Now, don’t get me wrong, the vibe was rad, but it would’ve been nice to have a fridge in the room for late-night snacks. And eggs cooked to order would’ve topped off that breakfast for me.
